Head of the Charles Regatta

Sunday 19th October 2008.

Together with the two Universities New York offices we organized a reception tent in the Reunion Village at the Head of the Charles on Sunday 19th October.

The Reunion Village is located by the Weeks Footbridge, on the Boston side of the Charles River near the Harvard Business School. It's a great place to socialize, watch the racing and meet up with fellow alumni and friends.

Many members of the Society and many alumni new to the area enjoyed an afternoon of racing and socializing. Several alumni and members of the Society were also racing at the Regatta. Of particular note were the following events and crews:

• A combined Oxford/Cambridge Womens VIII in Championship Eights - due off at 16.23
• Christ Church, Oxford Boat Club in Mens Championship Fours - due off at 15.21
• The Molesey Boat Club VIII in Mens Championship Eights - due off at 16.08
